My AST and ALT's Running High

Just wanted to run this by you guys. I am currently on mono therapy only doing 90/mcg interferons once a week. No riba and such. My VL remains less than 10 or 43 what ever you choose but my AST runs 80 out of a 0 to 40 range and my ALT runs 150 out of a 0-55.
I had the MRI and cancer screen blood test and came out good. They say I have fatty deposits.

How can I get the numbers down  or should I sweat it?

thanks

I have Type-2. I have done a 24 week TX and failed. Then around a year break and a 48 week which failed. Both times I responded but could not sustain.
So now I'm on the interferon @ 1/2 dose and responding but with less then half the sides.

The plan is to continue until early 2011 when a new treatment testing will be completed and released. It's basically the same but with an added element.

I know your ALT/AST fluctuate with HCV.  Out of curiosity, why are you on monotherapy instead of the interferon/ribavirin tx?
