If you need to eat the 60 grams of fat, then you must be going to take Incivek.
I ate a lot of Greek Gods yogurt. Be sure it is the Greek Gods brand and that it is full fat (not low fat). Read the label. The kind with the most fat is the honey one (not the fruit ones). This yogurt tastes very good, creamy. More like pudding. I practically lived on it because it is easy to prepare and it tastes good and it stays down. And it has a lot of fat. I always ate some whole grain toast or several rye crackers or something else for bulk too.
Avocado, peanut butter, ice cream, bratwurst, liver pate, cream cheese, Cheddar or Havarti Cheese, Brie, and several other food have high fat content. Just read the label.
You need to eat the food and then take the Incivek within 30 minutes AFTER eating the high fat food.
Best of luck.
Maybe you should concider taking Victrelis instead of Incivek.
It does not have to be taken with the high fat foods.
