I was away last 2days. Like you said I was overly worried about hep c. Thanks for your words.
Actually I got tested for all STDS after 3months except herpes.I found out that I was infected with hep A and heb B and developed immunity/antibody to it, which is what my doctor advised me about. He told me that I would had past infection and cleared or recently infected and cleared.
So you know why I was very worried about hep c..
Thanks for all who responded and had a moment to go through it.
Your re-assuring words keeps me calm.
I didnt know status of the girl. She said she had little pain while we went on thats why i was worried will there be any blood involved in it.
Appreciate your time..
And for someone who is still concerned as you after a negative test, maybe she has Hep-C and you knew it before. Their are people that are married and had the virus for years without knowing and did absolutely nothing to protect their spouse cause thy didnt know, and they spouse still doesnt have the virus so if that tells ya how hard it is to get it from sex. And its even harder for a man to get it than a woman and everyone knows that for obvious reasons, lol. But the test you took is the test that you can trust, you have no virus means you have no Hep!!
Getting hep c from sex isnt easy, but it can be done if the girl is having her period. And sometimes she may not know before you do, because sex can be the very thing that gets it flowing that month if you know what I mean and she dont know until you got it on you. Hate to be so graphic, but it is what it is. And a girls menstraul blood carries alot of the virus in it. I dont know how exactly to say that other than the way I did. As this is what ive read anyway cause im new to this and ive did alot of reserch here lately.
But it looks like your ok as far as the Hep part goes and thats why these guys are goofing, cause your good. Almost 100%, you dont have hep C. But if in 3-6months you want to get checked, do it, but until then, I wouldnt stress it cause you got the results we all want.
But heres the other thing. You should be worried about the things that you can get from unprotected sex and you maybe have already , I dont know, but I would worry about the Hep. Safe sex is no sex dude! Especially when your doing it for hire...id be scared of well, you know the STD's out there. HCV, hep c, isnt an STD! But...with that said...remember what I said up above. But its still hard for men to get it cause it has to be blood to blood, but thats a chance that I would stay away from so since your in the biz, I would definately make sure the girl is nowhere near raggin!! Use your imagination and like i said, hate to be graphic but im trying to scare you away from the gettin paid for sex stuff!! LMAO
Dude, Your hep c risk from this encounter is essentially nil. If I were worried about an STD it would be something more communicable. But if I were that worried, I probably wouldn't have been dipping my straw into the forbidden well.
Once you clarify my queries posted above I ll get tested and share the results if anything unexpected comes up.
Thanks in advance.
Encouraging words.. Thanks Bill and James. Very much apperciated
I wa just worried about being with my girlfriend.. So just to make sure would a pcr test @ 14weeks after the exposure be conclusive.
REgarding antibody test there are two types IGG and IGM. Which one to go for to get tested and what is the timelines coz PCR is expensive.
Goof - You rock dude!! Bit weird for me to sit back and enjoy your humour sense.. Keep it up..
He might not have HCV, but at 25 minutes he could have a bright career as a blow-up doll tester!
I would feel comfortable moving on. If you feel unsure get again. It's very rare for a man to get HCV via sex, or anyone for that matter.

You people make me smile.. Thanks for all your comments.
Now clearing your doubts/questions:
What I meant was condom broke for 1 or 2 min and not 30sec sorry my bad.. I also meant that during the event condom might have broken for 1 or 2min not within 30sec. I am not exactly clocking it but you know when it happens and it feels soft touch and more soaked(I dont know how to explain it). It could be more than 2min but I felt not more than that. I was actually with the girl not more than 20-25min.
I hope answered ur questions..LOL..
James:
My 27th day PCR test description goes like it.
"HCV RNA QUALITATIVE PCR
a) Detection of HCV genome in infected individual is within one week with the onset of infection, much before immunological seroconversion.
b) It is also helpful in detecting the virus in immunocompromised individuals and individuals with chronic HCV as there are absence of serologic markers.
c) Direct viral detection should contribute significantly in clarifying the status of individuals with indeterminate serological status.
Method:
For the qualitative assay viral RNA is isolated from serum/plasma. For Reverse Transcription and PCR amplification, nested PCR is being employed. In this PCR system 2 sets of primers-outer set targeting bigger fragment of viral genome (5'NCR) and the inner set complimentary to regions inside the bigger fragments are used for amplification (1). Thus the amplified product of first step acts as a template to the nested step or second step. Detection of amplified sequence is done by 2% agarose gel electrophoresis (2).
Interpretation:
Each sample is run with a (+)ve and (-)ve control. Visualizing a band of 244bp in the test sample and (+)ve control compared against a low mass DNA ladder confirms HCV positivity. The negative control should not have any bands. Because of the exquisite sensitivity of PCR, special care being taken to avoid cross contamination of samples beginning from the collection till the end of testing to avoid any false positive result.

I dont understand the description. I just got the result saying 'NOT DETECTED"
I just trying to understand
1) Should I need another testing or can I trust this test result and move on?
2) If need another test what test should I need to go and how long after? Its 14weeks from the exposure.
Enough fun fellas please shed some lights.
No kidding can-man. For me to rack up 30 seconds and a broke condom, I'd have to go at it three times then hit it with a pencil eraser!
Well I have a couple questions. How do you know it was broken for a half minute?
Wow that long? He must be the Energizer bunny.
PCR tests typically read like this: <43. It means that the lowest level of virus it can detect is 43 copies per milliliter of blood. There are more sensitive tests that use a different process that measure to 5/ml. But a PCR less than 43 is a sensitive enough test for most to be considered undetectable. If you had a PCR and it came back less than 43 or <43,crack a cold one you don't have Hep C.
Well I have a couple questions. How do you know it was broken for a half minute? I suppose you knew when you changed it, but did you know when it broke? Did it take 30 seconds for momentum to grind to a halt? That some serious reciprocation, dude.
I had to look up CSW - Commercial Sex Worker. I get it. Do they ever hire on for longer - I mean I think I might want to take a stab at going a couple commercials, plus maybe the halftime show. For that kind of a run I might need to stack 'em up two or three condoms thick - which come to think of it, could also add some protection against breakage. You might give that some thought - added mileage and extra protection, just like Michelin.
Relax dude. You've got nothing to worry about - except maybe whether you tipped enough. By the way, to satisfy the curiosity of those following along at home, was this a vanilla front receptacle encounter, or something more tawdry that you might want to share with the group?
Thats Funny Goofy!!
But any comments on my question..
James - I have gone through the link but it just gives the flowchart and test types. I couldn't able to get any timeline info there. I tried to search in this forum similar to my scenario but I couldn't able to get it. Any comments will help me like risk or further testing and how much confidence i can take now.
This Hep c always comes to my mind and keep me stressed out.
Damn, Goof; that sounds like a lot of work. I take it the CSW was duly impressed with your skills? Needless to say, I'm sure it was the first time anyone did *that* for her!
I broke a condom once. One of my proudest moments ever! It was a supreme combination of stamina and size that did it. I had to blow that puppy up to like twice the size of a beachball before it would go. I expected my lungs might give out.

Good luck
All joking aside, you do NOT have HCV.
The qualitative test you took doesn’t offer numerical results; it states ‘detected’ or ‘not detected’.
PCR test results are considered very specific/accurate for infection; the risk of false positive results is practically non-existent.
Congratulations, and play safely :o)
