Hep C via Oral Insertive Sex

Yesterday (may 19) I had first time in my life an unprotected oral encounter (being sucked),

It was only for one minute, What are chances for getting Hep C?

When exactly I should go for a test?

Is this life threatning ?

How true about being young again and first time, over before you blink. i read it as it was his first time having oral "unprotected" sex.

well, it was his first time- Ha! to be 13 again!

it is almost impossible to get HCV from oral sex. although you can get other STD's from that type encounter. the only test i would get is an STD panal.

You should be more concerned with lasting only a minute :-)

As you can see from the site, the low risk of transmission in oral sex addresses HIV, Gonorrhea and herpes. HCV is very rarely transmitted sexually and primarily in cases of rough anal sex with blood to blood exchange.

If you remain overly concerned, try a latex dental d-am next time.
