Hepatitis C+??

Hello everyone. I received these results today and I am not quite sure what they mean. I know I am reactive, but is this result a high indication that I am HCV+? Any help is appreciated in advance.

Profile/Panel/Test                  Value Unit              Normal Range
HEPATITIS C ANTIBODY       REACTIVE             NON-REACTIVE

SIGNAL TO CUT-OFF            1.23                        OR = 1.0 AND <8.0. THE CDC RECOMMENDS SUPPLEMENTAL TESTING SUCH AS RIBA OR NUCLEIC ACID AMPLIFIED TESTING (NAAT) FOR CONFIRMATION. (MMWR NO. RR-3, 2003). IF NAAT IS CHOSEN, PLEASE SUBMIT A NEW, FROZEN, PLASMA OR SERUM SPECIMEN.

I don't know that you need a particularly sensitive viral load test at this point - just a PCR quant. I usually got LabCorp's Quantasure which measures down to a level of 2 copies/ml.

It means you've been exposed to hepatitis C in the past and you need further testing to see if you have an active infection.
