headaches/chest tightness

Husband is taking 1200 mg riba/day.  Has lots of headaches, 5-6 daily, come fast and sometimes leave fast, other times lingering pain.  Experiences tightness in chest.  Serious aching of joints.  Night sweats and chills at night.  
It is very hard to concentrate.  Can not work everyday.
Experiences lots of frustration and sadness.

He is in the beginning of fifth week treatment and he has  anxiety about his treatment.

Does it get better???  Does it get any easier?  He Is he taking too much riba?   body weight 241 lbs


Any hope would be appreciated.

Biopsy report says
" chronic hepatitis with mild interface and lobular activity (scheuer grade 2/2)"
"bridging fibrosis with nodule formation (scheuer stage 3-4)"

So,  grade 2 , stage 3? depending on who's scale?

i take 1200 mg riba a day and i get anxiety sometimes they gave me xanax, and boy does it help.. Iam not depressed at all,never had that feeling just get anxious and very concerned at times.. I dont think he is taking to much riba by his weight base.. It can get better or worse, depending on each person, sorry we arent Dr's but i have been on tx 16 weeks now and the best thing is make sure he drinks half his body weight of wtr in ozs.and the more u lay around the worse u feel, u gotta make urself go, i have been out of work 3 days out of 16 weeks i think that is good.. I notice when i get up and move around i feel somewhat better.. I willpray for ya..What geno is he and what grade and stage? Iam 2 and 2 and 1a..

My gastro dr gave me trazodone, for me it has been very helpful.  I have 100 mg and cut that in half and take at night before I go to bed.  Trazodone is good for anxiety, depression, sleeplessness and pain.  You have to wean off them gradually at the end of use.  It took a couple of weeks before full effects.
