There are so many different tests that it's hard to know what happens in each individual case.
I don't want to get you any more alarmed than you are, but I had one LabCorp test that took an inordinately long time to be returned and ultimately it looked like they had a problem with a corrupt sample and the results were unclear. The testing process is less than perfect, as frustrating as that may be to accept.
But, hey, just don't sweat it. Keep up with your treat and don't obsess about the test, as hard as that may be. The main thing is to stick to your regimen, try to stay strong, and keep your head in a good place. Don't let frustrations of the medical bureaucracy, which are totally inevitable, throw you off. I know it's hard to act on that advice, but it's really the best you can do.
This waiting could be a good sign, as strange as that sounds.
I did my EOT PCR last Monday and received the results in four days, last Friday. Yay, you might say, but my test was probably a totally lousy one (to 50) and that's why it came back so soon.
I'm not sure which test you had with Labcorp but here's what someone told me about one of their tests, as an example:
LabCorp NGI Quantasure
Part 1 is a quant witn a lower range of around 40 IU/ml or therabouts.
Part 2 is a qual with a lower range of 2 IU/ml
They only run part 2 if part 1 is UND. If part one shows detectable virus then they have a number, so no reason to go more sensitive.

So it seems to me you could have been UND on the first test, which meant it had to be sent off for the more sensitive test, which takes more processing time. Yay, if you see what I mean. And the lab did say your result is not ready yet, which tells me they're doing part two.
22 days seems awfully long to wait but it will mean more reassurance in the end compared to my stupid 50 test. The wait will have been worth it, believe me. I never waited long but all I got was a 50, so really.....
I bet you'll have the results by the end of the week.
