High ALT levels

I recently received results back from my blood test and my ALT level was 95.  Normal was posted from 24-65.  Is this a major cause for concern?  What is the best way to lower this number?  Is it alright to consume alchol a couple times a week when trying to lower ALT?

ALT and AST levels go up and down. No one, including your doctor can predict where they will go. Best to stop drinking, eat right, keep your immune system strong by exercising and do a quarterly Liver Panel test if your insurance company allows it...

Good luck,
