Welcome to the forums,no worries about the mushy brain we all been through that. For a G3 with no RVR and UND at 12 weeks, what is usually recommended is an extension of 12 more weeks of treatment which would to do 36 weeks instead of 24 weeks. This give a far better chance for a SVR.

Meant to say on peg inteferon an ribovirin. Mushy brain on treatment....have to say I've really noticed can't follow things or take in and understand info as well as before TX. Can't find words sometimes or remember what someones just said. Don't know if its tiredness or the meds. Making work a lot trickier....does brain power come back or do I just have to get used to being a bit dimmer than before?
