Genotype 2
Is anyone out there receiving treatment for genotype 2 and what is your progress. Also, any skin problems? Thanks
I am a 58 yr old female, week 19 of 24. I was undetectable at 4 and 12 wks. My labs have been good, no need for procrit or neupogen so far. I have had assorted symptoms...take a half dose of an antidepressant, occasional meds for pain, itching, etc. My skin and eyes are very dry. The only serious itching has been on my elbow where I evidently have some mild form of psoriasis that is aggravated by the interferon. It was easily subdued with clobetasol, a prescription cream. I have had no rashes so far.
