Please guide

SGPT/ALT 319 SGOT/AST 196 BSG random 290, Hepatitis C Virus RNA Detected, HCV GENOTYPE 3a
viral load 10247628 IU per ml please guide about my health

A viral load of 10 million plus is quite high. Liver enzymes in the range of 5 to 60 IU/L ALT and 5 to 43 IU/L AST is the "normal" range. It appears that something is annoying your liver. It could be the hepatitis C infection or something else like alcohol, medications or herbs, or even liver tumors. I would definitely confer with a hepatologist. The good news is type 3A is relatively easy to treat with a good success rate.

not much to say except that you definately have hepatitis c. next step would be to see a hepatologist or GI to make a plan to rid yourself of this disease. most likely a liver biopsy could help you decide when to treat.
