Little blood comng out of injection area


Dear All,
I had 11 injection till now and out of which in 3 injections a little blood come out of injection area. Does iit mean Pegasys is wasted? and how would I know after 24 injections if my virus is undetected after 24 injections, that a few injections were wasted. Please advise?

It's a capillary. Take a cotton ball and apply pressure to the site for about a minute.  That is what they told me.

It's all good.

I just noticed your in Pakistan not sure if that's an international number.  I'll call and ask, and post the answer they give.

I'm doing mine in 90 minutes, I let you know when I sit and do it there is no little dot.  When I stand there is.  Weird.  But check this link out, Peg has a number you can call and ask a nurse.  Please post their answer I'd be interested to hear it.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, there was a little blood on the bandage but sometimes it comes out after like 3 seconds of injection. one injection has little on bandage but other two had visible drops but it was not continuosly comng out. please advise? also does it pain if it goes wrong.

NO, not at all happens to me all the time.  It's just a touch of blood right ? It might make a little spot on a band aid.  I think my stomach is just getting tender.  There also seems to be a lot of blood at the surface.  Almost  like when your sunburn.

If you see that Peg going in there it's all good.
