Something sounds a bit drastic here with the side affects to me too. My doc started me on Paxill a month BEFORE treatment started in order to combat any depression or anxiety that might come up. You might want to suggest this to your medical team but whatever you do...you need to call them and see them immediately.

You should not have lost that much weight in 8 weeks - you should not be stuck in the house with double vision or anything such as that.

You really need to take our advice and get ahold of your medical team IMMEDIATELY - call them RIGHT NOW.

Sorry treatment is hitting you so hard. You're not being a crybaby and side effects often don't get better on their own. So if you haven't already, you  should report all your symptons to your medical team so they can be addressed, and personally I'd request to see an eye specialist right away regarding the blurred and double vision. They might also want to prescribe anti-depressants for your anxiety and/or have you see a specialist in that regard. Don't try and rough it out yourself, get some help.

The problems you see are common, sounds like deppression induced by the interferon, the big concern for me would be the vision thing. Google depression and interferon induced depression and see if this matches your symptoms.Ribavarin also causes rage in some patience. You should report this to the treating Docs asap, they can help.
