Anyone experience rashes and itching after treatment? I am 4 months post and just developed a rash on my elbows and toes. Also, look like I have aged 5 years and the dark circles under my eyes are not going away. I know this is vanity and minor irritation but the circles are really noticable and people have even commented on them.

I cleared virus so far and need to be reminded that it was worth it. My skin is super dry everywhere and age spots on my hands are appearing out of nowhere. My skin looks horrible and I moisturize like crazy and drink water too.

saw your post in another thread about being in week 48 of tx -- are you winding up now or did you decide to extend? if you are going longer, can you explain why? i know you are a proponent of ext tx when called for, so i figured you'd have specific reasons particular to your situation if you've decided to treat past 48. thanks,

I'm not much help because I am not through but finishing up but I do know my skin has taken a beating this year. This tx does seem to age the skin by drying out. I have decided when I am through totally,,,,I will of course keep up the water but probably am definitely planning on visiting a dermatologist and seeing if that will help some.

About 2 wks after my last shot, which was Nov 22, i begin to get an awful rash on my face. I fought for a month, putting all kinds of different stuff on it. Finally I bought a tube of Cortizone cream and used it for about a week and the rash is now gone, i didnt have anything like this on tx.
My skin is still very dry. Also, i have developed small little moles, sort of like skin tags, and a few of those ageing brown spots. I have heard that it does take several months for all the poisin to get out of our system...

I am now 6 months post tx and my sx are not all gone yet. I also had the itching and rashes and cintinue to. Each month it gets better and most sx are at a minimum now except the nausea. I'm not sure how long before it's all gone. My hepatologist did tell me it would be a good 6 months or more before my sx went away. I did 18 months so I am not surprised I still have some just dissapointed. I hope things get better for you soon. LL
