hep c bx

Hi,
had a liver bx on 4/21- i am planning to see my doc on 5-12 regardng results, at this point i know that i am hep-c + and from the RN was told that my bx showed "minimal disease, some inflammation, no necoris/fibrious- no lobe involment.  i guess i just want to know if anyone else has had similar results.  my lab work prior to eval, showed slightly elevated enzyems and a  VL of less than 50,000

I'm no doctor here, but from what i read sounds like its time to relax and see your doctor. And wow only 50,000 viral load? Thats great. Do you know your geno type? Best going forward to you.

Yea, that is great news.  You are way low with your viral load.  my viral load is way above that and I dont need a doc to tell me I have massive swelling/scaring.  I can feel it.  He will tell me though Wednesday when I see him. :|
