My blood work showed very high liver enzymes . . .

What could these results be indicative of?

506 - ALK PHOS
219 - AST (SGOT)
341 - ALT (SGPT)

I don't drink.  I had a bout with temporary blindness for a few minutes last week, too.  I'm undergoing testing to see what that is about, but they suspect ocular migraine at this point.  Would migraine headaches elevate these liver numbers to this degree?

Andiano is right about taking a guess with what you present - but elevated liver enzymes generally mean that an organ is in distress or there has been exposure to a hepatic toxin.

It would be impossible for anyone on the forum to know what this might be.  You need to go for more testing to determine if it is a chemical, virus or autoimmune issue.

I hope it turns out to be a minor problem that resolves itself.
