Need explanation of acronyms

There are a lot of references to "SVR", "UND", and some other acronyms in regards to treatment and hep c. Can someone give a brief explanation of each one that I might encounter?

A link to a website that explains them will also work for me.

Sorry if this is a really old question that has been asked a million times.
