Tough call-I do not know your condition but that is half a year more damage to your liver if you wait.If you can get on the sovaldi-olysio combo asap you can stop any further damage from taking place.
Good Luck
EASL Conference UK last month tells exactly how to retreat if you have failed a protease inhibitor treatment, and what ones to replace with( they are different )
It's long , but easy to understand , read thru

Here are the Cosmos phase two final results from experienced and F3+F4
At EASL conference UK last month

Been waiting for 15 years for inf free tx. Currently torn between pulling the trigger on on available off-label simeprevir and sofosbuvir OR waiting on the pending FDA approval (Oct 10, 2014) for the Gilead combo (sofosbuvir and ledipasvir). Troubled by the extremely small study size for the Janssen sponsored COSMOS study (n=80). Still no published SVR24 for treatment experienced patients.
Gilead's ION studies involved over 1900 patients with stellar results. Google the ION studies, University of Washington hepc site, New England Journal of Medicine...etc. Tough choice to go now or hold for October.
It sure is nice to have a choice between two very attractive options.

Dr. John Santoro said the same thing to me about new drugs that will be available at the end of the year that will be better than sovaldi-olysio.hard to believe there could be something better than that combo.
Results all in the >90 % range
Gilead Announces SVR12 Rates From Three Phase 3 Studies Evaluating a Once-Daily Fixed-Dose Combination of Sofosbuvir and Ledipasvir for Genotype 1 Hepatitis C Patients

What happens, though, if you're not able to do the Protease Inhibitors? Some of us have resistance issues to Protease Inhibitors due to being exposed to either Telaprevir or Boceprevir w/o viral clearance, or had breakthrough virus and now..., have resistance. I am way more likely to go with a treatment that does not involve any protease inhibitors due to my resistance to Telaprevir.
It could be Abbvie. Their trials are showing great results as well
I have heard about a single pill fixed dose combo of Solvaldi with a new med ledipasvir. I have heard it may be approved as soon as October this year. They have been having great results in trials with this medicine.
I think their may be others in the pipeline as well
Good luck
