PILL BOXES

I must admit...using a pill box to keep track of them is pretty cool...i got one at the dollar store...its got 7 flat style boxes ,each label for each day of the week with 4 comparments in each box ..breakfast..lunch..supper  and bed time....i just load it up on shot day fridays and when its emty i refill.....FOOL PROOF...there is no way to miss the dose now....THIS IS AWESOME

your alarm goes off... go immediately to your pill box... hold the pills clenched in your hand (never lay them down anywhere) until you take them. From the beginning of when the alarm went off, don't cease humming 'my pills, my pills, my pills...' until you finally swallow them

I think the problem is that after a few weeks, it becomes such a habit that you don't even think about it....then suddenly you realize you missed a dose.

Someone advised me to "concentrate on doing it, they try to remember that you concentrated on it".....made perfect sense at the time =)

I have never forgotten to take a pill of any sort in my life




Though perhaps being recovering alcoholic/addict has something to do with it ...the problem with us includes the tendency to take other people's pills as well ....

arg...you make better chocolate, have better music....and that game keeps kicking my butt....I need to go back to bed and start over tomorrow.  LOL!!

Gosh, didn't realize that I've been playing this since you posted it. I keep on winning, but don't know what the heck I'm doing.
