How Long Before Riba Reduction Takes Hold

6 days ago my riba was reduced from 1000mg a day to 800 to help raise my hemoglobin count up from 9.3   If this approach were to be effective, approximately how long before I could see some results? Just a guestimate would tell me more than I know now....Thanks all

i'm thinking it might keep your hgb from dipping down further......9.3 isn't that low if you can keep it there....take it easy...good luck...billy

Special thanks. I really appreciate your input. Time will tell for sure. Will have today's blood draw results in a day or 2.

It may take a few weeks and then again it may not bring it up at all. I have had to have two blood transfusions I am taking just 600 mg a day, I have been on that regiment for months now, and I am still undetectable, I'm just saying if you get a chance to get the blood transfusion take it. Time will tell about your hemoglobin count. God Bless

When mine was reduced for my cough, I was told it would take about two weeks though I felt a difference somewhat sooner.
