Please shed some light...

As I understand it, there is a very high incidence of a false positive if the result on the test is of low s/co ratio (either EIA or CIA). Is this thinking correct? My CIA antibody test came back at 1.23 (reactive) and I am scared to death. Could the low reading be from early detection? My LFTs are all normal.
