Poor digestion, soft stool, bloating??!

I have bloating and gasses for two years now. Went to many doctors they all say that everything is ok, and that it will pass, they checked kidneys and liver say that all is OK.
My stomach can not digest  food I take in very well .. so it comes out in not solid form(soft) and dijarea sometimes. Tried diffrent diets avoiding lactose,gluten,fats,bread.. didnt help very much. I train 3-4 time a weak all my life, don t drink or smoke.
Do you have any other solutions(ideas). What could it be, what am I missing?

I use an IBS diet with Heather's Tummy Fiber (google it and you will find her site with diet suggestions) which you can get from iherb.com (cheapest  I found and free shipping over $20).
My symptoms come and go, sometimes with no rhyme or reason, but this has helped the most...
And the pro-biotics do help too. http://www.iherb.com/Healthy-Origins-Probiotic-30-Billion-CFU-s-150-Vcaps/19519#p=1&oos=1&disc=0&lc=en-US&w=40%20billion%20probiotic&rc=624&sr=null&ic=3
Good luck and keep passing that gas :o)

Hi ado24,

I recommend digestive enzymes and/or betaine hydrochloride supplements to help with food digestion in stomach.  Do your research first and experiment till you find what works for you.  Good luck,

Sorry to hear of your problem.  I know a little about what its like ever since I had my gallbladder removed. You have my sympathies.

Do you have Hep C? If not, I'm not sure why you posted this on this forum.
If so, please let us know a little more of your medical history as it relates to your Hep C.
