What I'm asking is why is there a 0.06 ? Should it be 0.00 or is there always a number associated with the test even with a non-reactive?
I assume it's the testing sensitivity level for the test. Don't know the particular scale. But do you always worry about good news? Doing that will shorten your life surer than Hep C will. Why don't you just accept the positive result and move on?
