Try to take it one week at a time if you can. Try not to presuppose that its going to get worse. If one week at a time doesn't work, do one day at a time. Sunshine is right, one of the best things you can do is drink alot of water. Have a glass of water in your hand and up to your mouth as much as possible. Sounds simplistic, but it really does help.

Hi, it could get easier when your body gets used to interferon. Are you drinking enough water? It really helps to stay hydrated, as these drugs dehydrate us so fast. I drank a lot of water during tx and know how helpful it was. When are your next CBC tests? At week 2 or 4?
