Lifestyle adjustment - listen to your body. You work out daily don't you? Maybe you'll have to cut back a few days when you start back to work until you build up your stamina. You had mentioned back in October you now train 1 hour a day and feel amazing and ready to take on the World! Have things changed?
I have never stopped working so I don't know what to advise to those who have and are returning to the workforce. Lifestyle change has worked for me.

People generally need time to detox.
Three months is often quoted as the period required to 'feel normal'.
Your relatively short treatment plus your general fitness should help here.
Listen to your body-there are no rules, but allow your haemoglobin to return to it's pre-treatment level before going full time.
Interesting. You're probably going to think I'm totally unhelpful, but for me one of the silver linings of treatment (I'm in week 40) is that it has taught me that you don't need to push so hard to be successful. I'm much more laid back than I used to be out of necessity and it turns out that life goes along just fine. (My hunch is that the antidepressants help my laid back attitude.) In any event, I'm glad to have learned the lesson. It's not really healthy to work 10-12 hours a day in a mentally demanding job regardless of your age or health. It's simply not good for your health.
I know you'll think I'm crazy, but see if you wouldn't be just as happy and successful letting things flow a bit. If we all did that, we'd be happier and healthier. So I'd go back to work and work on a slower, less intense karma.
I agree with you. I've always given my jobs my all, and worked far too many hours. The treatment makes you slow down and really figure out what is important in your life. I've been thinking of changing jobs after I have completed treatment to something that will be more personally fulfilling and definitely less taxing. And more travel.
