I had a rash for 4 months.  I should have taken a picture.  My rash was thick raised, itched and covered my body from my neck to my ankles.   I was miserable and scary looking but never on my face or hands.  I tried everything that was out there nothing really worked, maybe a little bit of temporary relief.   I didn't have the tiny dots.  My husband had the dots on a small area of the upper part of his legs.

I had to get a mamogram during this time and the technician was in shock when she saw me.  I didn't want to scare her and told her I was just having a reaction to medication but it was harmless.

Hopefully you can wait it out until it goes away.  The doctor can give you an antihistamine that my help a little.

The only thing that cleared it up for me was using a good think long lasting lotion like Gold Bond and putting on SEVERAL times a day. When the rash went away after a few days I stopped and it came right back again.  Keeping your skin hydrated by drinking all the water we have to drink helps but you gotta lotion up repeatedly during the day and that should help. Ribarash is really some form of eczema little tiny tiny dots like a flea bit or something perhaps - itches like heck.  If that is not what your rash looks like then perhaps it's a completely different thing then you need the derm for that.
