There seem to be a lot of 1b's in the Abbott trial.

Geno type 1b, Il28b CT  interferon/riba would have higher resistance, although doc said my il28b is harder to clear than CC. It's a game of chance at this time. Only misssed one day at work in 5 weeks/not working isn't an option at this time.liver status 0-1. Ultimately still a live experiment.

Started on 2-8, I had nausea on 3rd day, taking Zofran in the AM, Taking Ritionavir 100mg every AM, plus the same meds you are for 24 weeks.

Hi yes started abbott trial on Monday.  Only two people at the hospital doing this trial (I am from UK).  I am doing Abt450/r + abt333 + abt267 +Ribavirin for 6 months. The side effects that I have is heartburn which last most of the day and night.

Hi, I know a couple of people on who are on or completed Abbott trials on another forum with 450. Which trial are you on? There are several ongoing trials that are using the 450.
