Look on www.clinicaltrials.gov . All of the trials have to have US approval so they are all there. You will see some that have finished, some that are in progress & so are closed and some that are recruiting. Down at the bottom of a trials info page, you'll find the cities where it's taking place (usually at a teaching hospital) and any requirements or exclusions for participation.
