Side effects

Thanks for all the info.  My doc is recomending telaprevir combo.  For those of you that have been through the tx,
were the side effects rough?  I have read all about the rash??  I know everyone is different, but were the SX worse
in the beginning of Tx or after several weeks?

my sides were minimal but I only treated with with riba/inf... did not clear.
I was in great health and I think that helps... drank tons of water as well.
good luck!

Wanted to wish you good luck in starting tx. I had 55 weeks of SOC. My sx were harsh starting around week 5 and got slowly worse until the end of 55 weeks..Horrible itching, fatigue, low HGB, scalp problems, and no sleep.

It does get better, pace yourself and drink lots of fluids as much as you can stand it does help alot.
