CHANCES OF SOFOS/SIMEPREVIR FOR G1?

Dear Friends,
I know, that both medications , have just been approved, but as many of us here, I am sure would like to have an option to treat, or retreat, just like me, without interferon. Many here beceme resistent to interferon, plus adverse reactions, etc . From what I read there is a phase II study, named COSMOS, AND  here is a link. It is specially important to non responders, and previously treated who relapsed.

I would like to hear some comments on this, thank you all

I agree.  I, too, am looking for interferon free treatment as I was a relapser from the traditional treatment. Not to mention the horrible side effects for the 48 weeks.  This COSMOS looks promising and there are other interferon free drugs in the pipeline.  I cam across this site that has a lot of information on hep c drugs and research.  Take a look at some of the new combinations.
