I agree with Can-do-man ... The only decrease in the viral load that matters if if it decreases to zero. That will only be accomplished if you treat with the recommended/approved pharmaceutical drugs that are prescribed by doctors to cure Hepatitis C. As Can-do said, there are now Interferon free treatment regimens on the market. Find a good Gastroenterologist or Hepatologist and he/she can tell you which regimen is best for your Genotype.
From your other post: "Can you provide me any kind of written proof that a special diet will not cure hep c, ie, liver cleansing and immune system boosting fruits, veggies, herbs. "
-------------------------------------------
Hepatitis C is a virus. While a healthy diet is important, a special "liver cleansing and immune system boosting fruits, veggies, herbs" diet will NOT cure Hepatitis C or any other virus. There are no documented cases of Hepatitis C being cured by a cleansing diet.
If Hepatitis C was that easy to cure, all of us would have eaten a cleansing diet instead of going through months of treatment on drugs that cost a small fortune. Plus, if Hepatitis C was that easy to cure no pharmaceutical company would have spent billions on developing drugs to cure Hep C.
We are very lucky that researchers have developed drugs to cure us of Hepatitis C. If you really want to get rid of your Hep C, find a good doctor and get on the recommended Hep C drug treatment regimen before you develop irreversible liver damage.
Best of luck.
Interferon "Free" treatments out there.
The only decrease in that number that matters is to zero. And that is the same number (zero) that your chances are you have by treating with alternatives. Besides there are now interferon treatments out there.
Best to you.
