If you don't mind my askin, how much did they cost for how many and how many mgs.? Also, would I be able to use my insurance? Thanks, Joni
I've only been post tx. for almost 3 months now. I would contact a liver doctor and have some tests done. I agree on a biopsy. That will tell the truth. Best Wishes and please keep us posted. Prayers , Cindee

I don't Know the prices or how it works, but this one sounded best.www.v-ixcom/medicine_list shtml. Joni
Have you had a biopsy? That's really the only way to tell the state of your liver.
I have "been through it" and am OK, indeed more than OK. I didn't find the interferon treatment (Pegasys) as bad as I had been led to believe. My blood counts were fine, I didn't get depressed or lose my appetite. I believe the old interferon was much harder to handle. Do you feel physically and mentally strong? I did, and that's why I went for it. I think most of us have an inkling as to whether or not we'll be the ones that suffer a lot or not. Just my opinion.
