Symptom

Am new here need some advice. 7years back during blood donating test was informed i have Hep C, but after more than 10 subsequent (within 18months) non reactive, was totally scared then.
Dec. 2010 had possible exposure Oral and Vaginal (Unprotected) sex with CSW.
Please advice what symptoms to look for and what test to take (is there a window period like HIV and Herpes) for testing? Googled symptoms but got very vague information.
My symptoms are as follows:
Fatigue (very mild) that would come and go a few times a day.
Soft Stools but not watery since December (once a day) No stomach pain.
No Yellowing eyes and skin.
Dry lips and red dots on tip of tongue, mouth feels different.
Weight loss (10Lbs from December)
Rash (chest and back) a few small pimple like maybe 5 to 6 of them
Muscle pain (shoulders only)
Weakness and tingling on hands and feet (comes and go)
Itch everywhere from  time to time

If you've been vaccinated for hepa & hepb then you're safe.  If you haven't been vaccinated but tested negative you're safe.  If you haven't been tested or vaccinated get tested.  That's as much as I know about hepa & hepb.  I would think liver enzymes would be elevated with either of those as well.

Jerry, quit having unprotected sex with hookers and if you continue to do so I don't really hear about anymore.  Look at the anxiety it's causing you not to mention the aggravation is causing me. :)

Hopefully this will be my last question: Is it safe to say that your opinion is applicable also to all other Hep Variants?
Thanks in advance

That's correct.  Given the time frame if had you contracted hepc you would be in the acute stage now.  Liver enzymes during the acute stage are usually quite high.  I am of the opinion hepc is not the problem.

Hepatitis C is not considererd an STD, however Hepatitis B is.  I see you've already posted on the STD, HIV and Herpes forum so I don't think there is anything new to learn here.

If your symptoms persist, find a doctor who will help you.
