Hepatitis C is not considererd an STD, however Hepatitis B is. I see you've already posted on the STD, HIV and Herpes forum so I don't think there is anything new to learn here.
If your symptoms persist, find a doctor who will help you.

Hi just got my result for standard blood test and my SGPT/SGOT is within normal range, I believe this is one of the test needed to see hepatitis related problem (infection) may be present. Am I correct.
That's correct. Given the time frame if had you contracted hepc you would be in the acute stage now. Liver enzymes during the acute stage are usually quite high. I am of the opinion hepc is not the problem.

Thanks for the good info Have a nice day
Hopefully this will be my last question: Is it safe to say that your opinion is applicable also to all other Hep Variants?
Thanks in advance
If you've been vaccinated for hepa & hepb then you're safe. If you haven't been vaccinated but tested negative you're safe. If you haven't been tested or vaccinated get tested. That's as much as I know about hepa & hepb. I would think liver enzymes would be elevated with either of those as well.
Jerry, quit having unprotected sex with hookers and if you continue to do so I don't really hear about anymore. Look at the anxiety it's causing you not to mention the aggravation is causing me. :)
