THE RASH

Hello all, love to hear all the great news coming are way. So many undetected at 12 week EOT. we will win this battle. I am in last week of 24 with sovaldi & Riba . things seemed ok a few headaches tired (of course) and sometimes a small rash that would disappear after a few days and of course the hair loss ugh. well for last 2 weeks rash is all over my arms my chest and back of neck its not leaving and it gets worse every day, any suggestions to help. Also noticed this morn. on top of my eyelids and I believe in my bottom lip. I know only 6 more days but if this gets much worse it will be throughout my whole upper body.  Good Luck to everyone and May God Bless

Since you are in the last week I would call your doc and get a referral to dermatology, there are miracle creams that will knock the rash back within hours. He may even reduce your Riba dosage down for the last week. Don't wait on this! My rash got worse right after treatment (though I was on Interferon as well). I got a cream from dermatology that was amazing. So call your doc! Good luck!

My hubby was on triple tx with incivek& riba he got a rash almost constantly while on incivek but then on last few wks he got the riba rash have you shown it the doc? or how about trying to rub a mild steriod cream Hubby used hydrocotisone which over here in Britain you can get over the counter please if getting on lips and dyes have it checked out.Riba can take 6mth to get out of your system and then should notice your hair growing back. Goodluck and please let us know your outcome lov Jules
