I just want to know what all the genotypes are?  And what they mean?? And I want to learn more about the new treatments for hepc...

Hi.. I see from your profile you have been told that " You have the geno type that does not respond well  to treatment"  and this was some time ago.

Best to contact that doctor and find out what Geno type you are or have those records transferred to your current doctor for clarification.

With newly approved drugs on the market today all geno types are having about the same response to therapy ..approx. 70 --80% success (depending on many factors)
Always best to be advised by a specialist knowledgeable about HCV to discuss your condition and whether treatment is warranted at this time..
