2 week PCR - virus still there but very low

I got the results of my 2 week PCR yesterday, it is not a quantitative report so it can only give you numbers from 43 up.  It said the virus is still active and it is so low it is anywhere from 6-42.  My baseline was 320,000.  The Doc said with this test, even though it does not count quantitative under a certain number, if there were no virons present it would read undetectable.  I know it is only 2 weeks and I should be somewhat happy with the results, it shows the Incevik is working, but it was a slight disappointment I really thought I was clear.  My sweats went away and that was indicator of me clearing the last time around. So I will keep plugging along and pray for a 4 week green light...

Thank you for your kind words, and you're right - these lil suckers are very stubborn.  My biggest fear is relapsing or getting a resistance to the PI.  I relapsed last go round so it is in the back of my mind, but one day at time, or one PCR at a time is the best way to look at it.

You are doing great. We have high expectations when we hear about others clearing at two weeks. Some of us have some stubborn suckers in there. You will be clear at four weeks

You'll be negative at week 4. I'll bet on it. Just so you know you're not alone. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired too. I know what you're saying girl:(

We have to remember that this will come to an end and one day will wake up and have all our energy and love of life back. Have to get praying for the people who are fighting harder then us because there is always someone who  has it harder.

Good Luck and keep the faith
