What does this mean....?

I was diagnosed 3 1/2 years ago with Hep C - I believe that I recently acquired it because of being a plasma donor only 6 months prior to testing.  Over the past 3 years I have not done any medical treatment or testing - the only thing I've done is to be responsible with everyone else but myself.  My question is this - I finally went to the doctor 1 week ago because I have grown increasing more tired and struggle to make it physically through the day - I gave blood for testing and was given the results today but without detailed explanations - I was told I have Reactive Hep C - I have looked through everything online I can find and I don't know what this means - Reactive Hep C - can anybody help me?  Is Reactive Hep C different than Hep C?  I will talk to my doctor in the morning but I have been holding my breathe for over a week now and I desperately am looking for answers.

Thanks,

Suzie

All Reactive HepC means is that you are positive for HCV anti bodies. i.e you reacted to the test.
