Whats the normal range for ALT and AST?

last test showed ALT level went back up to 67 and AST 66

It usually took us 3 days to get our results back. Ur levels look good their in the average range. My boyfriends levels went down while on treatment. They were high before treatment.

the AST and ALT are these the 2 main protein levels to watch or the whole liver panel?i got my liver panel results friday.
my ALK 55
ALT 19
AST 16
THEY DID DO WHOLE LIVER PANEL FRIDAY.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE for results?
dr said my all enzymes were good these results are from december 2012.
does yr enzymese just go up before treatment or during treatment?just wondering what i need to look for.

Another factor that can give a "false positive" for high alt and ast scores is heavy weightlifting/bodybuilding. Skeletal muscles, when broke down, will also release these enzymes (alt and ast) into the bloodstream. My alt and ast scores haven't been normal even when und at 4 weeks. In fact they were there highest (alt-106 and ast-84) on my week 12 draw...which was still UND. 2 days before the draw I had an extremely heavy and long leg training day.

I'm not sure if u would call it a huge hike his EOT AST 33 ALT 30

Before starting treating they were both around 118
