JB,
The Gamma GT test is generally used to test for disease of the liver, bile ducts, or kidneys.  The normal range is 0-51, so yours is quite high.  There is no doctor mediating this forum, so I don't know how much help we can be.  A check of the Gastroenterology forum indicated that other people have had similar questions about their GGT results and that forum is monitored by a doctor.  You could read through the posts there and ask a question of your own if you don't find an answer that pertains to you.

The gamma G.T test is fairly specific to alochol. It is an enzyme the liver employs to metabolize alcohol, and yours is very high.
1) Have you been tested for Hepatitis?
2) Do you or have you drunk excessively?
You are obviously under a doctor to have gotten your test results.
What is the doctor doing about it?
