lol.  what  kind of powerpoint presentation could have convinced a bunch of bureaucrats in committee to support such study?  Chiropractors  or meteorologists?

Drinking with liver disease is just plain stupid. I don't need a study to tell me that. Drinking on tx is even more stupid to me. I don't care what any study may show about that either. I did tx to kill the Dragon. NO WAY I was gonna do ANYTHING to mess that up.
Kill The Dragon.....THEN go drink if ya want to.

I just read a study that showed kissing couples have an obvious partiality to tilt their heads to the right when they do. 65% was the number they came up with. Taxpayer cost of this was 10 thousand bucks. WOW  Maybe thats why I have had trouble sleeping cuz I did not have this important information. I sure will sleep better tonite knowing this.
