Hepatitis means liver inflammation.
The only thing hep A has in common with hep C is that they both cause liver inflammation.
One can be co-infected but you don't get one from the other.
Its like asking if swine flu could give you bird flu.

if you had hep A, or had the vaccine, you will also test positive for that antibody
this is true, My mom got it in 1954, they just said it was Hep...it wasn't till the 90's they told her she had hep C
Could it have been missed DX. Back then they were unaware of Hep C.
