We are not doctors here. You should consult about the possibilities with your doctor. But it could also be something as simple as a change of diet.

If you don't have any disease causing this, you might be able to lower your liver enzymes by watching what you eat and use on your body.

When I was diagnosed with hep c, I was able to lower my ALT from 136 to the 60ies by changing my diet. I eliminated all toxins possible from my life. Went 100% organic, including personal care items as shampoos, soaps, creams. Also, it might be a good idea to eliminate or reduce sugars and unhealthy fats from your diet.

Do you have hepatitis c? If you do, that would definitely be the cause.

If not, there could be a number of reasons like medication you might be taking. You should try and find out with your doctor what it could be.
