becoming more confused

I will be treating some with the tele/inf/riba combo.

I plan on a four week lead in, but am unsure if I should start predosing riba 2 weeks ahead of the 4 week lead in.

any advice would be appreciated.

No lead in with Tela/ Incivek.  Start all 3 drugs on the same day.

go to this website:   www.incivek.com

There's a 24-hour nurse hotline.  Call them.  Then let us know what response you get.

I would really ask your Dr about that, my Dr said I was to start all three at the same time, that there wasn't a lead in with teleprevir, so for sure ask the Dr before you do anything

Both predosing and a lead in are not protocol for triple therapy  with Incivick...so this is all new ground. My advice is to do what ever a knowlegable Hepa suggests you do..,,..

Good luck
