HVC Viral load

A question: Do viral load (VL) fluctuates without therapy? And if yes, in which range?
Thanks in advance for any information.

I am currently in Japan, I tried to know the genotype, the lab report stated that they tested genotypes 1a through 3b, but they think there is some "modifications" in the genotype! I think I am genotype 4, as this is the common one in my region (north Africa), I am going to make a new test in Europe once I am there.

1,400,000 is that high many have their VL in the 10s of millions.
If your are Stage 0 then there isnt a huge need to treat. But you will need to keep an eye on it.
BTW What Genotype are you.

Wish you well

Thanks for the information, I was diagnosed HVC positive 5 years ago, my last RNA test showed 1,400,000 IU/ml, quite a lot but all blood tests are normal, liver biopsy showed zero level of damage, I feel normal, my doctor thinks it is OK and did not recommend any treatment!
