cfs/what to do?

Hello to all I have been really having trouble with cfs lately. I can't sleep all night because of the fibro and now all I want to do is sleep,my husband says I'm just lazy. Pretty cheep shot but I can't seem to get a handle on this. Sonagram and blood work up with Dr. appt. following on the 29th of the month. As I have posted I am 3 yrs. post tx.with the results being it's back and that was within 3 months after tx. Any ideas ?

Tell hubby to try the medician for a few days and see what he thinks then.

I was on two different treatments Interferon, Infergen and they both drug me down mainly the infergen. But thats part of the program.

Tell hubby to go talk to the Dr or just get on here and read all the different stories.

Good luck and hope things get better for you....

I know what you mean, im 2yrs post tx, and im tired all the time as well, getting worse.  Try and relax and rest as much as possible, go for walks, we need to maintain some form of exercise even though we dont feel like doing it, but exercise helps with the stress levels as well, and some deep breathing exercises will do the trick.  Go with the flow and take each day as it comes.
Its a journey isnt it?
