elevated ast and alt, super fatigued

A lab friend showed me my lab results 2 days ago. Complained of super tired, and my Alt was 280 and Ast 206. No tender liver area, no jaundice, no dark urine, but Vit D 13 rather than around 30, and fasting glucose 122....CBC normal, See doc in 4 days, but any hint or simply ideas of what is happining!!??

I don't think the paxill or the nexium are the cause as your enzymes are very high - meds can certainly elevate lft's but I would think when they that high that it is something else.  Most of us were diagnosed with HCV by a doctor viewing our high liver enzymes. Mine were just a bit higher than yours.

Now after treatment, I take lexapro and prilosec and they are just fine........

Thx for comment. Also, wondering if Paxil 20mg am and pm, and Nexium same dose for past 10 years could be contributing since read they can elevate enzymes

Hi there...your ALT and ASt are quite elevated. This  in itself just tells a doctor to look further ,especially in regards to the liver. When you see your doc  this week he will probably run all liver function tests  Bilirubin,ALP,INR, Albumin  and testing for Hep C and B.

Your glucose is consider high (normal 70 -110) and would be considered possibly as pre diabetic over 126 would be considered diabetic.

Your vit D is slightly low and can usually be brought within normal range with a supplement.
