Most people with hep c have no symptoms. I had hep c for 37 years and have had liver cirrhosis for 8 years with no liver pain.
Also the liver has no pain receptor nerves. There is a membrane around all your internal organs that can sense pain but not the organ itself.
A pain in the area of your liver (just at the bottom of your rib cage on the right side of your body) could be a lot of things - a muscle pull, stomach problems, an intestinal problem, etc. Even just anxiety/worry can cause pain in your gut because every twinge can feel worse than it is if you are concentrating on it. Try not to jump to the conclusion that it is something going wrong with your liver, especially Hepatitis C. Hep C is a slow moving disease and most people don't feel any symptoms for decades.
I would recommend seeing a doctor and get their opinion on your symptoms. Besides a physical examination, they can run various tests to see what is going on. We aren't medical professionals here and can only give general advice, not a diagnosis of any disease.
im so worry sir because i got pain at my liver
You may want to ask in the HIV community as well
There was a report published in 2001 that seemed to suggest that being coinfected with HIV and Hepatitis C would lengthen the window period for the HIV antibody test.
15 years later, the tests for HIV are much more accurate and general consensus among doctors and researchers is that this is no longer a concern. Having Hepatitis C does no longer affects the accuracy or window period for HIV testing. Getting tested at 3 months for HIV would be accurate and reliable.
