hep C/ high blood pressure

What is the safest high blood pressure med to take with having Hep C ?

i have been on monopril(fosinopril) for many years- and it also helps to protect the kidneys.  since starting Tx my BP spiked, and they added Tiazac.

I take lisinopril.  Have had to reduce the dose twice while on the tx.  I monitor my bp at home 2x per day because it tends to drop fast as anemia increases and I've wound up in the hospital for hypotension at times.  I suggest getting a monitor if you dont already have one.  Good luck.
