With Incivek, typically the patient will experience nausea, anal irritation, rash and fatigue. At what point the side effects manifest and to what degree each person experiences them is different. Don't let any of the side effects get out of control, there are medications that can help. Unfortunately, with the fatigue you're on your own.
Good luck it is a long road you have just started but very well worth the journey.
Made it through the night no shakes...yeah Up this morning for my food and then pills. I hate to have to get up this early Im so not a morning person..lol But gotta do what u gotta do..

Congrats! You made it! I'm back up w the itchies. Like laying on pins n needles. I'm glad u had a seamless day. The worst SE I've had was the itch. Your gonna do great!
Beeblessed- I gotta check this itch spray out!! Xo Karen
you may wake up in middle of night with a fever and the shakes. Hopefully you don't experience this and side effects will be minimal throughout tx. Best of luck
Congrats on the first shot! May you continue to have minimal sides. Drink plenty of water, as it will help your muscles and also help your skin with Incivek. I will be on Victrelis but since I have been hearing so much about the "possibility" of a RIBA rash, I went out and bought some CVS INSTANT ITCH RELIEF SPRAY EXTRA STRENGTH because it said it helps with rashes from poison ivy, and what could be worse than poison ivy? Sounds like it would work to me! But I am praying for minimal sides for all of us :)
Good Luck! I start next Fri but have to go the the Dr's for shot lessons so I guess I'll take the pill then as well? I will be on the Ribo & pegesys I have type 4 so I don't get to take the incivek which I think is the new one...anyone hope you have a good first nite...If anyone has type 4 I would appreciate any guidance...appears to be rare...
